Each bracelet is handmade with care, so all sales are final and we do not offer returns or refunds at this time.

That said, if your bracelet breaks within 30 days of delivery, I’m happy to remake it for you free of charge. If your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue, please reach out within 5 days of delivery so I can make it right.

Custom and personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please note: normal wear and tear, stretching, or damage caused by improper handling may not be eligible for a remake.

Our bracelets are crafted from brass with 18k gold-plated beads. These beads are more durable than alloy or CCB material. They’re lightweight and sturdy, not prone to fading, and will keep their shiny appearance for a long time. They’re perfect for everyday wear, but to keep them looking their best, we suggest avoiding pools and harsh chemicals.
